🎭 Ego is tricky, sneaky, and deceptive.

So I was listening to this audiobook ‘articulating design decisions’, there’s a section called « Check your Ego at the Door »

It’s all about being open to feedback and not taking things personally. It made me think about how often we get defensive when someone critiques our work or ideas, even outside of design. It’s a good reminder that feedback is about the work, not us as individuals.

And this got me thinking about how to use empathy to maybe have better interactions with my team or a group of people, it’s about understanding where others are coming from. Like not everyone has the same background or perspective…
